There is a symbol with three vertical dots at the bottom right of the video player. Click on it and select the language you want. If the recording does not start playing automatically, simply press "Play."
The quality is usually set automatically, so we recommend changing it only if your internet connection is unstable. In this case, select the lowest setting. Each login is valid on only one device. If you log in elsewhere, the previous session will automatically log out to ensure fair use.
Refresh the page (click "Refresh") and restart the video. This usually solves the problem immediately.
When your phone connects to or disconnects from Wi-Fi (for example, when leaving or returning home), the image may freeze briefly. In this case, if the image does not return within a few seconds, refresh the page.
Our seminars are held live – just as if you were there in person. You cannot rewind, but the recording will be available to all participants after the event.
After the broadcast, recordings of the seminar will be posted on the a page - Infosession Review.
Only participants who have purchased a ticket will receive login details. We always recommend copying and pasting your password, as it contains many symbols and is easy to mistype.
If you have entered incorrect details three times and the system has blocked you, please email us at lithway@eventbroadcasting.eu and we will help you.
Don't worry – in such cases, simply write to us at lithway@eventbroadcasting.eu and we will quickly unblock your account.
The translation is broadcasted so that you hear as little delay as possible. However, if your internet connection is unstable, the audio may sometimes stutter. If this happens a lot, click on the link below the player to access the backup translation player. The audio there is delayed by a few seconds, but the broadcast is stable.
We support:
- Windows: Windows 10 or later.
- macOS: macOS 12 (Monterey) or later.
- Android: Android 10 or later.
- iPhone: iOS 17 or later. (Our policy for current reliability and security.)
In-browser playback (required)
Our streaming requires a web browser and works only in supported browsers on the OS versions above.
Best experience: Use Chrome on all platforms.
On iPhone, Safari works; Chrome is still recommended.
Supported browsers and baseline versions
These baseline versions (or newer) include the capabilities required for our stream:
- Chrome (Windows/macOS): 40+.
- Edge (Windows/macOS): 90+ (Chromium-based).
- Firefox (Windows/macOS): 50+.
- Safari (macOS): 11+.
- Android (phones/tablets): Current Chrome or Firefox on Android 10+.
- iPhone (iOS): Current Safari or Chrome on iOS 17+.
Keep everything up to date. You’ll get better stability and latency on the latest OS and browser releases.
